i95 Courier - Driver Partners are:

Week #1

Initial Introduction: Once our driver partners are onboarded they will schedule an initial meeting with an accountability consultant to share thoughts and ideas about their new route, establish goals and assess certain strengths and weakness that will help chart a path toward personal fulfillment, and self discovery. During this session driver partners agree to enter an accountability relationship with our business consultant.

Week #2

Building upon information shared from the initial week #1 accountability session - driver partners will be held accountable for assuming responsibility to manage their designated delivery route along with understanding any tools they may be required to use while carrying out the expectations associated with their driver responsibilities. 

Week #3

The week of follow up - during this week - drivers have the opportunity to share any thoughts and ideas related to their responsibilities or their experience thus far within the i95 Courier Culture. Drivers will be reminded of our appreciation for their contribution, participation and involvement with us while we ensure organizational goals are aligned with personal goals and objectives

Week #4

By the fourth week of accountability we expect to gather enough information to know if there's a good fit between our organization and driver partners. Our objective from week to week is to nurture a mutually beneficial partnership | relationship. i95 Courier seeks to enter long term relationships with driver business partners. We intend to inspire entrepreneurs who understand the value of self employment and to reinforce the small business owner's "Mindset" all of our driver partners should maintain.
